Planning teaching developments.

Preparing an action plan

Participants, in task three, begin planning to use techniques they find appropriate to their own teaching, writing a short summary and quoting "clips" from the videos.

They are invited to start by reviewing what the group identified as the similarities and differences between the three videos and their own practice, before choosing a technique from the videos that addresses an issue of concern.

Participants then write a plan for using the technique in their own context, including adapting it as necessary. Action plans are then discussed with mentors in the closing workshop.
