Video::Interactions offered the opportunity to work with video as a powerful method of exploring teaching issues with colleagues.

Participants on events addressed their key concerns by examining, labelling, exchanging and quoting from videos of teaching.

Interacting with videos and colleagues over a period of weeks encouraged a depth of analysis that can be difficult to achieve in other contexts.

Video interactions was part of the University's Promoting Enhanced Student Learning initiative.


Practitioner Health Lecturers in the School of Nursing identified key issues in teaching large groups of students and used PESL videos to learn about ways to address their concerns.
